Magnolia Loving Wishes Box

Today is my crafting day although I am unwell, had been flu for many days..... I came across Timbroscrapmania Stamping challenge today that I won their previous challenge,oh my, I am so lucky, thank you very much Barbara. I also noticed that they have a new challenge, that is : Box, Bag. So I made this box using my Martha Stewart Scoring Board.

It's 4"x4"x2" box, it's very easy to do with Martha Stewart Scoring Board, the instruction came along with the board. I used Magnolia patterned papers to cover the box. I colored Tilda with Distress inks and cut with Spellbinders Oval Lacey Dies. I also added two strips of Magnolia Doohickey Lace dies as the box's border.

I put some little gem inside the box such as cinnamon stick, lace, doily as a gift.

Here is the side of the box, lace with Magnolia Doohickey lace die.

I love crystal garland so I have a lot of them , if you want me to buy some, you can email me at: samuelyt at yahoo dot com.

Flowers, flowers , flowers, I can't live without flowers. I also spray glimmist lace around them, but you can't see it clear here.

I stamped the sentiment " Loving Wishes" on fabric with Tsukineko Memento Black Ink and added Ranger Ice Stickles

I also added some half pearl, Ranger Ice stickles around the the flowers and doily.
Distress inks coloring:

Tilda's hair: Pumice Stone+ Walnut Stain
Tilda's face+skin: Vintage Photo+ Tattared Rose
Tilda's Cheek's : Worn Lipstick, Age Mahogany
Tilda's Dress: Dusty Concord

Where I create + Cards from friends

Here are some of my crafting corner photos, if you are interested to take a look. Unfortunely I don't have a fancy craft room, a corner of my house has been fully use by me to create a workplace and  to place my crafting stuff.

My crafting table, actually it's a computer table. Here I have my 25 drawers plastic storage to store my Magnolia stamps. I also have my distress inks and flowers on the table, easy for me to get anything I want. The three drawers plastic storage I store  my glue, pop-up foam, arcylic block, memento black ink and some stationery.

My hubby made the two shelves for me today. I showcase my handmade cards and projects. The top shelf I have my copic ciao markers, small ink pads, brushes, etc......and you can see that I have my cuttlebug and embossing folder, spellbinders. I don't have a lot of collection :-((

Here is the storage I store my magnolia stamps, not so organize but still easy to find the stamps.

The cabinet that I store my papers, magazine, ribbons, punches, stickles, etc...
Martha Stewart punches, I don't have many...list on growing....

I store my mounted rubberstamps, heat gun, all kind of markers, ribbons in orange and yellow plastic storage.

It looks nice, right?

Magnolia Teepee Fall Card

Hello my dear friends,

How are you today ? I hope that you are great with the great weather, although we don't have four seasons here but with all the people out there screaming they want autumn , so I know that I have to make something "autumn" .

I came across in youtube for this teepee card, I hope that I spell and name it correctly, it's a overlap triangle shape card I took about two days to finish it and I hope I have inspired you something, besides the normal square card.

I also enter this card to Just Magnolia challenge~Anything goes....oh, I had been a long time didn't participate in any challenge:-))

Three sides of teepee...I used 3 pieces of 6"x 6" cardstock, fold in half then placed and glued them together in a triangle shape.

This card can be opened by placing a tape.

I used Magnolia patterned paper to make the background , I distressed with Ranger Antique linen and Vintage Photo. I also made a small tag with Tim Holtz rubberstamp to make the background, that's the sheet music. Can you notice the wire flower behind Tilda? I was so proud that my son, Samuel made it for me by using a thin wire. I used Magnolia doohickey lace to make the border.

I used chipboard alphabets to make the "Fall ", I painted them with Ranger Walnut Stain Crackle paint, let it dry, later, I added with Crackle accent on them.I colored Tilda with distress inks- Vintage Photo, Walnut stain, Fired Brick.

The flower on top of Tilda was a sticker. I colored Tilda with Distress inks- Crushed Olive, Vintage Photo, Walnut Stain, Black Soot, Victorian Velvet, SpunSugar.

I placed tulle, lace, pearls, flowers, stickers rhinestones to make the card looks stunning.

I handmade the background patterned paper. Firstly I stamped Tim Holtz rubberstamps-sheet music on white cardstock with Vintage Sepia ink pad, then I distressed it with Ranger Antique linen and Walnut Stain. I added a lot of rhinestones on the card, I love it !! The cute crochet flower was a gift from my crafty-male friend, Paul, from Kuala Lumpur.
I colored Tilda with distress inks- Crushed Olive, Brushed Corduroy, Walnut Stain, Victorian Velvet, Age Mohagany.

Hope that you find something interesting on my card, I love making something beautiful and inspired. Thank you very much for your nice comments, it means a lot for me:-)

Have a nice day.

Magnolia Tilda Windy Weather + CLP Challenge

Hello friends,
Here is the card I want to show you today. I had some problem when I wanted to color her because I was not sure what colors should I use. Accidentally I saw this Magnolia patterned paper lying on my craft table so I decide to use red as the base. I don't have any red clothes, I don't like red colors and I wonder why I make a red card? ha ha....LOL

CLP Challenge is having the sketch challenge for October, so I used the sketch to make this card. I stamped the image on watercolor paper with Tsukineko Memento Black Tuxedo Ink and colored with distress inks.I sewn and distressed all the card edges with Ranger Walnut ink and added with Ranger Ice Stickles.

My fellow Magnolia DT member Claudia Rosa was so kind to purchase for me the very new Martha Stewart punch, which I am not sure the punch's name ...LOL...it's so lovely...and I also used Spellbinders Nestabilities Beaded Oval for placing the sentiment.

All patterned papers I bought from Magnolia, flowers and crsytal branch from my stash, half pearls from Kaiser Crafts.
Colors I used:

Tilda dress: Worn Lipstick, Fired Brick
Skin:Antique Linen, Vintage Photo
Shoe: Spun Sugar, Worn Lipstick
Hair: Walnut Stain and Black Soot

Hope that you have a nice day and thanks for your viewing !
