Art Journey

I purchased these set of stamps last month but didn't have the chance to play with it, now I have some spare time, so it's time to ink them up. Inspired by Isabella Noris for her beautiful Noel card featured in Craft Stamper, January issue, I made this card.
I used Broken China, Tea Dye, and antique linen distress inks to make the background for the large and small panel. All stamps in this card are from Art Journey,Willy Helene mini sheet, stamped with Vintage Photo distress ink. It was easy to make, you can make one too.

Thanks for looking and stay tuned to view the High Hopes Challenge tomorrow!!

Saturday Workout~Distressed

The very new brand blog challenge~Saturday Workout which host by Heike and Sandy have their first challenge, here is what they said~

So, now it´s up to us to present our first Challenge. We would like to see your Distress-creations. This could be for example distressing the background of your card or using Distress ink for coloring your image or so many more things.

This is my favourite technique and I have used my distressing background to make this tag, if you want to take a look at the tutorial, you can get it here, Distressing Background Tutorial.

First, I made the distressed background then I cut it into a tag. Decorate the tag as I like, LOL. I used film strip ( old one, used) to cover the bottom of the then I stamped my favourite stamp with colorbox ink pad on it, pretty nice, huh?

I cut a printed vintage photo then glued on the tag, added two flowers, stapled a small ribbon, viola, really easy and fun !

I welcome you all to try out my tutorial:-))

Don't forget too my 10,000 hits blog candy !!!
