TOMIC Challenge #28: Christmas Decoration

Hello my dear friends,

Today is TOMIC challenge #28, the challenge is real simple, make a christmas decoration that can be hang in the christmas tree.

Actually I made the decoration from a round cake mold.

Stamp from Magnolia Sweet Christmas Collection 2011.

First layer was paper doily which we can get at the local store. Second layer also a paper doily but it was made from Magnolia doohickey doily dies.

I also added some Magnolia doohickey dies on the decoration and some paper flowers too.

Duet Creation: DT Lillemor and DT Ying Pang

Today I wish to share a very special with you, my friends.

My sweet and talented teamie Lillemor from Sweden sent me a package of yummy magnolia cardmaking kit recently, which included her beautiful and sweet colored stamped image-Halo Tilda, paper doily,pink organza ribbon, red and pink paper flowers and stamen.

I made a card using her kit then I added my supplies. I used Magnolia patterned paper ( mini),various magnolia doohickeys, half pearls and manila tag.

I adore very much Lillemor;s coloring. Her coloring is out of the world and I wish I can color like her. She uses distress ink refill to color Tilda.She used masking technique on her card to make the sentiment at the back of Tilda. She stamped the edges of the card with Magnolia snowflakes stamp.

I love Magnolia doohickeys dies. On this card I used Heart Swirl dies,Lovely Fence dies and Mistletoe dies.I distressed the dies edges with Ranger Walnut Stain.

You can noticed that I really used a lot of Magnolia doohickey dies on this card, snowflakes dies is a must for christmas card.I added some liquid pearls on the card too.

 I love to use a lot of flowers on my cards and I just simply arranged them as I wish. They look soft and beautiful.

TOMIC #23 Edwin: Sketch by Tina

You need to pull out your Edwin stamp this time:-))

Yes, We make a Edwin card base on Magnolia DT, Tina's sketch.

Edwin is as cute as Tilda and I wish I could make more cards with Edwin:-))

I used Edwin on Christmas Eve stamp from Sweet Christmas Dream Collection, the snowflakes stamp is also from the same collection.

Patterned paper (New England Strip) from Sweet Christmas Dream Collection, it was so sweet.

I used a lot of Magnolia Doohickey die cuts on this card, I love them:-))
