Sticky Notes Holder

I received some fabulous stamped images and sticky notes from my secret sister, so I decided to make a sticky notes holder. It's pretty easy.Cut a card stock bigger than the sticky notes, decorate the cover /inside the holder, stick the sticky notes, viola! Could someone tell me who make the stamp? Thank you.
