I want to say it's either a brim of a hat or the nose of a dolphin ^_~.
It looks like a mushroom, or the dress of a little girl!

I thought it was an article of clothing, brim of hat or dress hem or something until I read Marjorie's dolphin nose guess, and it definitely looks like a dolphin nose now. LOL Either way if it is High Hopes, I KNOW it will be CUTE!!
