What is Adirondack® Acrylic Paint Dabber

I want to try alcohol acrylic paint dabber, I have came across so many beautiful artworks that they used paint dabber to create for. From the Ranger website, I found these:

Adirondack® Acrylic Paint Dabber

Adirondack® Acrylic Paint Dabbers are the perfect mess-free paint applicator for foam and rubber stamps, cards, scrapbook pages, altered books, canvas, frames and more. These matte acrylic paints were developed with the Beautiful Adirondack coordinating palette of Earthones, Brights and Lights. Dab them directly on stamps for mess-free paint application. Use direct-to-surface, for stippling, creating dots or full coverage. Remove cap for painting with a brush.

Some of the techniques:

• The ergonomic dabber design allows for ease of use with many “Direct-to-Surface” techniques such as stipple, dots and swirls, edging paper or canvas, creating stripes and plaids and achieving full coverage on paper mache, wood, fabric paper, canvas, etc.

• For “dry brush” effects on photos, paper or other surfaces, hold dabber in one hand and surface in the other and swipe across paper. By holding the dabber in the air, you’re not fully pressing down the valve, thereby restricting full paint flow, allowing for a light application of paint.

• To use as a glaze, simply mist surface with water using the Inkssentials™ Mini Mister™ and swipe dabber in a circular motion. This is a great way to achieve a subtle matte wash across vibrant patterned papers or over another layer of paint.

Thanks for taking the time to share the "recipe" for this lovely layout! Those acrylic dabbers indeed seem to be interesting. I have ordered one of those last week, the package should arrive these days (together with some more nice craft supplies, yeah!).
